SHIPPING

We ship our products using courier door to door services. Cost for shipping is R100, this amount will be added to your order at check out.

Once you have placed your order and paid for it and the monies are cleared in our bank account, only then that your order will be shipped. Waiting time for delivery is to 3 to 5 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holydays.

Deliveries outside South Africa may take longer. All fees including import duties, taxes and customs, clearance charges in the resident’s country are payable by the customer.

Delivery occurs anytime from 9h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday excluding holydays.

Collections of orders can be arranged with the office directly at +27 72 257 6900.

House of Tehillah’annah and Tehillah’annah (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for the loss of products due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

An email will be sent to the customer to track their order.

RETURNS

We accept returns only on defects products upon receipts by the customer. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipts. Returned product/s will only be accepted if in their original package and form, unworn with tags still attached. 

We do not allow refunds, only exchange of the same product originally purchased.

We only allow exchange of the sizes bigger or smaller of the same product.

We do not accept exchanges of a different product.

When returning the product, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the product reaches us. House of Tehillah’annah (HoT) and Tehillah’annah (PTY) LTD cannot be held responsible for:

  • Any loss or damage products while in transit.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

EXCHANGE

We only offer exchange if product has defect and upon receipts within 7 days (excluding weekends  and holydays

REFUND

We custom-make and also make to order and therefore we do not offer refunds. Any other reasons to refund will be treated on case to case bases.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By using our website and/or purchasing our product/s, you are engaging in our service and therefore confirm that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. We reserve the rights to remove and add products on our website and online store without notification. Prices displayed on our online store can change without notice.

Made to order garments:

All products sold on our online store are made to order and waiting time to allow processing your order is 10 to 14 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holydays)  

The customer must ensure they enter their correct details when when completing the contact detail form. House of Tehillah’annah (HoT) and Tehillah’annah (PTY) LTD cannot be held responsible for loss of items delivererd to the wrong address.

No products will be shipped before full payment is made and is cleared in our bank account.

We offer exchange of size smaller or bigger only for the same product and where the product has been received by the customer with defects. Defects to be reported on receipts of the product within 7 days to be eligible to exchange.

Exchange will only be for the same product and not with a different product.

For an exchange to be approved:

  • The garment must be unworn
  • Tags must be in place, in their original form
  • Garment must be in its original packaging

Custom made garments:

The customer must book a one on one 1-hour consultation with the designer to finalise the design. Consultation fee is a once off R500 payable at consultation. Bookings to be arranged via our office line at +27 72 257 6900

Once the design is finalised, a quote will be prepared and sent to the customer for approval. No work will commence without the customers approval.

Approval means the customer has accepted the quote and paid the agreed deposit required and the monies are cleared in our bank account.

Waiting time for order will vary depending on the intricacies of the craft involved. We advise the customer to allow not less than 45 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holydays) after approval for production time.

We do not offer refund and exchanges on custom-made garments. We however alter fitting issues and any other minor alterations noted during the making process of the garment.

Garments on our website are only for display purposes. `
